Cancellations and Rescheduling (call for appointment)
We are grateful you chose us for your skincare needs. We are enthusiastic about your results and our part in helping you achieve them. That said, we are strictly By appointment only. We value your time as well as ours. Please value your appointment time. We understand life happens. Our policy allows for rescheduling 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We have technology in place to give you helpful reminders. You are automatically sent a text reminder and well as an email reminder within the grace period to cancel without penalty. We do allow very special circumstances such as bereavement in which to cancel last minute without penalty or illness with a doctor’s note or great acting skills…just kidding. If you cancel under 24 hrs you are respectfully charged 50% of the service fee. Your appointment time is in high demand we book quickly. Please cancel early so that someone else can have the opportunity to fill your empty spot. You can not cancel and reschedule over and over to avoid the 50% service charge for not giving enough notice for your inability to make your appointment. “No Shows”, are unacceptable and are charged 100% of the service fee booked. You will be asked to pay 50% at the time of booking for your future appointment at the time of scheduling.
Forms of Payment (call for appointment)
Full payment balance is due at end of your service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, Venmo and Cash App. We respectfully do not accept personal checks
Medical Conditions (call for appointment)
Please advise us at the time of booking. Enter conditions under the “Notes” section when booking the appointment. Any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special needs which may affect your services.
Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:
• Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
• New injury of any kind
• Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes
• Blood Disorder and Disease
Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, Must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.
Individuals prescribed Accutane ( Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.

Our Intimate Setting (call for appointment)
Due to our intimate setting, our facility accommodations have limited seating. We can only accommodate our guests and possibly one other person at the time of service. We Stagger our schedule to accommodate our limited seating. We are unable to accommodate more than 1 visitor accompanying a client. Clients under the age of 18 are asked to be accompanied by a parent or guardian present during services. Coming on time to your is better than arriving early. Your appointment time slots for check-in, changing, consultation, service time, and check out.
